[(Each was presented as separate motions. Company info and detailed financial, job, and revenue data appears in separate pages of the same PDF document.)]

  • Industrial Assistance Account (IAA) Grant

    • The Board will vote to approve one IAA grant.

[(No other information is provided in the PDF document—or elsewhere in writing)]

  • Economic Development Zones

    • The Board will vote to approve the creation of two economic development zones (ED Zone), for the following companies:

1. Redo Tech, Inc.

2. ACS Manufacturing, LLC

On the same day as the board meeting, the GOEO issued 2 (two) press releases announcing its approval of post-performance tax reductions under the Rural Economic Development Tax Increment Financing (REDTIF) program.

“IRRX Brings Expansion to the Railway and Natural Resources Sectors in Uintah County”

“Utah-Based MCM Engineering II, Inc Expands Operations in Iron County”

As indicated in the agenda, the GOEO Board also approved an Industrial Assistance Account (IAA) Grant, but—at the time of this revision—has NOT announced it on the state’s business news web page, nor have they issued a press release about it. However, information about the grant, its value, and the intended recipient is available to be downloaded on the Public Notice page, but only in audio format comprising 12 minutes of a 50-plus-minute recording of the meeting:
